By purchasing any package from Nuzha Travel, the customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

Payment & Booking Policy

  • Booking fee RM200/pax after customer made confirmation on the package.
  • Minimum booking fee of RM500/pax for Umrah package.
  • Deposit payment 50% of the remaining package price must be made no later than 90 days before the departure date.
  • Full payment 100% must be paid no later than 60 days before the departure date.
  • If the booking is made within 60 days before the departure date, the customer must make full payment of the package price.
  • If the full payment amount exceeds the bank withdrawal limit in a day, the customer is given 5 days after MATTA Fair which is until 8 September 2023 to complete the remaining payment.
  • Package price changes may occur for reasons beyond the company’s control. In which cases, additional fees will be charged to the customer.
  • Nuzha Travel have the rights to cancel the package automatically if the payment is not cleared according to the policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation from the customer before the deposit payment date – refund 60% of the booking fee.
  • Cancellation from the customer after the deposit payment date – no refund on booking fee.
  • Cancellation from the customer within 5 days after deposit payment – refund 75% of the deposit amount.
  • Cancellation from the customer within 5-30 days after deposit payment – refund 25% of the deposit amount.
  • Cancellation from the customer 45 days before departure date – no refund.
  • Cancellation from Nuzha Travel & Tours – 100% refund of the total deposit/payment.
  • The refund process takes 7 working days.
  • Nuzha Travel have the rights to cancel the package if the customer does not comply with the terms & conditions set in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Postponement Policy

  1. Should the customers wish to postpone a trip after booking or deposit payment is made, they will be entitled to inform Nuzha Travel at least two months before the departure date. A penalty of RM 300 will be imposed on each person.
  2. The date of the package to be postponed must be confirmed within two weeks after notification of the delay from customers.
  3. The postponement date depends on the vacancy.
  4. For private packages, customer must bear the current price of the flight ticket/airfare.
  5. Nuzha Travel have the rights to cancel the package if the customer does not comply with the terms & conditions set in accordance with the postponement policy.

Note: From our package, every photo taken during the trip is approved for advertising and promotion purposes on our Instagram, Facebook and Website. If you do not agree, please let us know.
